We want you to be at ease with what you bring home. If a piece is not right, you can return it within 10 calendar days of receiving your order.

Your rights as a consumer

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Mexican Federal Consumer Protection Law (Ley Federal de Proteccion al Consumidor). Nothing here limits the rights that law gives you, including the right to revoke a distance purchase within five working days of delivery and the warranty rights that apply to defective products. PROFECO (www.profeco.gob.mx) is the authority for consumer matters in Mexico.

Conditions

The piece must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with any tags and packaging it arrived with. Pieces marked as 1 of 1 and original artworks are final sale, except where consumer protection law provides otherwise.

How to start a return

Write to blindspotclothing90@gmail.com with your order number and the piece you want to return. We will confirm the return address and the next steps. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the piece arrived defective or incorrect, in that case we cover it.

Refunds

Once the piece arrives back and is inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
