Política de privacidad

Last updated: August 2026

This privacy notice describes how Blindspot collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit blindspotclothingco.com or make a purchase through the site. It is issued in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Proteccion de Datos Personales en Posesion de los Particulares, LFPDPPP) and its regulations.

Who is responsible for your data

Blindspot, an independent art house based in Mexico, is responsible for the personal data you share with us. For anything related to your data, write to blindspotclothing90@gmail.com.

What data we collect

When you place an order: your name, shipping address, email address and payment information. Payments are processed by our payment providers, Blindspot never sees or stores your full card details.

When you subscribe to our updates: the email address you provide, nothing else.

When you browse: cookies and similar technologies keep the store working, remember your cart and help us understand how the site is used. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings.

What we use it for

Primary purposes: processing and shipping your orders, answering your messages, issuing invoices and meeting our legal and tax obligations.

Secondary purposes: sending occasional updates about releases, only if you subscribed. You can opt out at any time, every email includes an unsubscribe link, or write to us and we will remove you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only with the services that make the store possible: our e-commerce platform, payment processors and shipping carriers, and only to the extent needed to complete your order. Because these providers operate internationally, your data may be processed outside of Mexico under their own privacy and security measures.

Your rights (ARCO)

Under the LFPDPPP you can at any time request Access to your data, Rectification if it is inaccurate, Cancellation, or Opposition to its use (ARCO rights). You can also limit the use or disclosure of your data and revoke the consent you have given us. To exercise any of these rights, write to blindspotclothing90@gmail.com from the email address linked to your data, stating which right you want to exercise. We will respond within the terms established by the law.

If you consider your data protection rights have been violated, you may file a complaint before the Mexican data protection authority, INAI (Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Informacion y Proteccion de Datos Personales, www.inai.org.mx).

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for as long as accounting and legal obligations require. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
