Brutalist architecture is frequently misread as cold. Stand inside it and the opposite is true: the space is intensely physical. Weight is visible. Structure is honest. Nothing pretends. Clothing can operate the same way, a coat that shows how it is built, a knit that holds its own geometry, a seam that behaves like a joint in poured concrete.
